These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter “Terms”) apply to the services provided by Grand Hotel Napoca (SC GRAND HOTEL SRL, 1 Octavian Goga Street, Cluj‑Napoca, Romania) through hotelnapoca.ro and the hotel itself. By using the website or making a reservation, the Guest accepts these Terms.

2. Reservations and changes

• Reservations can be made online or directly at the reception. Guests may contact reception at +40‑264‑580 715 or reception@hotelnapoca.ro (hotelnapoca.ro).
• Any modification (date, duration, room type) must be made at least 24 hours before check‑in, subject to availability.

3. Check-in and check-out

• Check‑in: from 2:00 PM.
• Check‑out: by 12:00 PM. Early check‑in and late check‑out may be available for an extra fee, if available (hotels, Booking.com).

4. Pet policy

• Pets are allowed for an additional fee (e.g., 70 RON/night), except for service animals (hotels).

5. Parking and facilities

• Free guarded parking is available on site. Electric vehicle charging station available (hotels).
• Other amenities include the Atrium restaurant, bar, business center, conference facilities, terrace, free Wi‑Fi in rooms and public areas (hotelnapoca.ro).

6. Cookie policy

• The hotel’s website uses cookies to enhance browsing experience. By continuing to browse, users implicitly accept the cookie policy displayed on the site (hotelnapoca.ro).

7. Cancellation and payment policy

• Cancellation and prepayment terms may vary depending on reservation type. Guests should consult the reservation details for exact terms.
• Accepted payment methods include bank cards (Visa, Mastercard), cash, and other options at reception (Booking.com, Travelminit).

8. Limitation of liability

Grand Hotel Napoca is not liable for losses or damages resulting from unauthorized use of the website, reservation errors, or other unforeseen circumstances, except as required by law.

9. Changes to the Terms

The hotel reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be published on the website. Continued use of services implies acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Romanian law. Any disputes will first be resolved amicably; otherwise, the courts of Cluj-Napoca will have jurisdiction.
